Job Description
Cullerton Group has a new opportunity for a UI/UX Designer 3. The work will be done in a hybrid environment with preferred office locations in Peoria, IL or Chicago, IL, working onsite as requested by the customer. This is a 12-month position that can lead to permanent employment with our client. Compensation is $65/hour + full benefits (vision, dental, health insurance, 401k, and holiday pay).

Key Responsibilities
- Design user-centered interfaces, workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications for enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective UX solutions.
- Conduct user research and apply UX best practices to create intuitive, consistent, and accessible digital experiences.
- Participate in design reviews, present design concepts, and incorporate stakeholder feedback while balancing business and technical constraints.
- Create UX artifacts such as personas, journey maps, storyboards, and design documentation while supporting product delivery across cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience, or Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant UX/UI design experience.
- Minimum 3 years of professional UX design experience designing digital products or enterprise applications.
- Experience working with Figma (minimum 1 year required), Sketch, or similar UX/UI design tools.
- Experience working with content management systems (CMS).
- Proven experience designing complex digital products and collaborating directly with product and engineering teams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to ask insightful questions and advocate for user-centered design.
- Experience designing complex enterprise systems or large-scale digital environments.
- Experience creating personas, customer journey maps, storyboards, service blueprints, and other UX deliverables.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional product, engineering, and business teams in Agile environments.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX process, design thinking, and end-to-end product design experience.
- Experience supporting customer-facing web applications or digital platforms is preferred.
