Senior Supply Chain Program Specialist – Semiconductors & Electronics (Project Engineer 5)
Cullerton Group has a new opportunity for a Senior Supply Chain Program Specialist – Semiconductors & Electronics (Project Engineer 5). The work will be done onsite, five days per week in Irving, TX. This is a long-term position that can lead to permanent employment with our client. Compensation is up to $68/hr + full benefits (vision, dental, health insurance, 401k, and holiday pay).

Cullerton Group is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Program Specialist to support enterprise-critical semiconductor and electronics procurement initiatives. This role is execution-focused and supports assurance-of-supply efforts through buffer inventory purchases, last-time buys, spot buys, and detailed reporting. The position works closely with category leadership, buyers, and cross-functional stakeholders to maintain supply continuity. This is not a traditional engineering role and is best suited for candidates with strong procurement or supply chain experience within electronics or semiconductor environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Support Category Managers with purchasing requests across semiconductor and connector categories
- Execute and track buffer inventory, last-time buy, and spot-buy purchase orders
- Coordinate reporting, workload tracking, and meeting preparation for senior leadership
- Maintain accurate records and enhance processes within Salesforce or MRP systems
- Deliver weekly and monthly supply and procurement reports in coordination with business resources
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional experience in supply chain, procurement, or inventory management
- Experience supporting electronics, electrical components, semiconductors, or connectors
- Strong execution skills in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and urgent requests simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Degree requirements are flexible; relevant experience is prioritized
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce or MRP systems (reporting, dashboards, process improvements)
- Semiconductor or electronics industry experience
- Exposure to analytics, automation, or AI-enabled reporting tools
- Professional certifications such as APICS or ISM
