<strong>About the Role</strong>

<br>This is a plant-based EHS leadership role supporting a manufacturing facility with approximately 200â220 employees. The prior EHS lead left in October, and this hire will step into a standalone role â owning site-level safety, environmental compliance, and continuous improvement of all EHS programs.<br> 

<br>The ideal candidate is a boots-on-the-ground safety leader who thrives in manufacturing settings, is comfortable interfacing with leadership and hourly employees, and can manage everything from shop floor audits to PPE programs and incident investigations.<br>

&#9;<br>Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and ability to use data to shape strategic decisions<br>

&#9;<br>Skilled in financial forecasting, budgeting, and managing account-level profitability<br>

&#9;<br>Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing sizable deals<br>
